Revisions

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ayanna Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social platforms.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain the property of Ayanna Design Studio.

Digital Assets

Digital products and communication materials are licensed for the client’s business use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized duplication is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Ayanna Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before launch.

Governing Law
