These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ayanna Design Studio website and services. By accessing this website, engaging our services, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Ayanna Design Studio provides website design, social media content creation, and digital communication assets. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual proposals or service agreements.
Digital Products
Ayanna Design Studio also sells digital products including code snippets and downloadable assets through this website.
All digital products are licensed, not sold. The buyer receives the right to use the product per the license terms included with each product. Each digital product includes its own license agreement detailing what is permitted and what is not.
Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. All digital product sales are final per our Return Policy.
Payments
Payment terms for design services will be specified within your project agreement. Deposits may be required before work begins.
Digital products require full payment at the time of purchase.
All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or covered by our Return Policy for defective products.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required to complete the project. Delays in communication or content submission may impact timelines.
Revisions
Revision limits will be defined within your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, design service clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital products remain the intellectual property of Ayanna Design Studio. Buyers receive a license to use the product per its license terms but do not receive ownership.
Ayanna Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social platforms.
All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain the property of Ayanna Design Studio.
Digital Assets
Digital products and communication materials are licensed for the buyer's business use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized duplication is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Squarespace Trademark
Squarespace is a registered trademark of Squarespace, Inc. Ayanna Design Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Squarespace, Inc. Our digital products are independently created for use on the Squarespace platform.
Limitation of Liability
Ayanna Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, services, or digital products. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before launch and for testing digital products before relying on them in production.
Total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith communication, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Florida.
